1. Using Our Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we suspect misuse or violations of these terms.

2. Your Account & Responsibilities

  • All activity under your account
  • The content and chatbot messages you create using Introchat
  • Ensuring your chatbot complies with any privacy or legal rules in your country (like GDPR)
  • Handling user data (like emails or phone numbers) responsibly if collected through Introchat

3. Payments & Subscriptions

Some Introchat features may require a paid subscription. By subscribing:

  • You agree to pay the listed price based on your chosen plan
  • Payments are typically billed monthly or annually
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel
  • You can cancel anytime through your dashboard

Refunds are subject to our refund policy.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Introchat to:

  • Spam or mislead users
  • Collect sensitive personal information without consent
  • Harm or disrupt the service for others
  • Violate laws or third-party rights

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

5. Intellectual Property

Introchat and its content (logos, software, text, design, etc.) are owned by us or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, or use our branding without permission.

You retain ownership of the content you create using Introchat (like chatbot responses or messages), but you give us permission to host and display that content as part of providing the service.

6. Service Availability

We work hard to keep Introchat running smoothly, but we can’t guarantee 100% uptime.

Occasionally, we may have scheduled maintenance or unexpected downtime. We’re not responsible for any loss that may occur from temporary service interruptions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law:

  • We are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages related to your use of Introchat
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you’ve paid us in the past 12 months (if any)

Use the service at your own risk.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we do, we’ll update the “Effective Date” at the top of the page.

If the changes are significant, we’ll try to notify you via email or your dashboard.
